I'm not who they want me to be.

I'm not who they want me to be.  People tend to have their own agendas for me.  They have an idea of what I should be.  Funny thing is it's never what God has put in me to be.

God has put in me something awesome.  God has put in you something awesome too, if you know him.

I am a worshipper, and I love to use music to worship God.  But I also have a heart for the underground, the outcasts.  I love the punks, the goths, the freaks, etc.  I want to see them know Jesus and to know his love.

I'm 27 years old.  I am still into punk rock.  Most of my friends back at home grew out of that when they went into their 20s, if not before then.  I can't grow out of it.  I'm stuck, but I like it.  Sometimes I don't think people truly understand my view on worship music.  They think they do, but they don't.  I believe any style of music can be used to worship God.  When I say any, I mean ANY!

I'm planning on attending Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in the fall of 2008.  I'm already out here in Redding, California connecting with some of the students.  They're definitely my kind of people and I think many of them are in the same place I'm at.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing what God is going to do.
