I ended up not going on that walk I was talking about. However, I did have the ramen noodles.
Van Mason from RedHOP needed help moving his old desk out, and a guy from a business RedHOP is partnered with was givng him a new one.
So Van gave me a little gas money to get out here and back. I helped, and also got to help this guy from this business. It's one I've been meaning to send my resume to, and I will be doing so in the morning, now. Anyway, it was a divine appointment. He took us all out to Del Taco (my favorite fast food restaurant) and then we went to take the U-Haul truck back, then came back to RedHOP. We were talking, and they know my name now, and they want to give people at RedHOP jobs. So, the job I will hopefully get is an administration job. They'll also work with my schedule once I start school. That will be great!
God is good. Meanwhile, I still need help with finances until I get some money in from church. That should happen in the next day or two, but unless my paypal card shows up at the same time, it'll still take a couple of days to access it because I'd have to transfer it to my bank account.
Hopefully giving will be more now. People should have their tax refunds by now. :-)
