updates...and wild fires...

Sunday night, Jason Westerfield spoke at Bethel.  It was awesome.  There were parts of the message that really stretched me.

Anyway, I'll talk about that later.

Right now, I'd say I'm doing ok.  I just did some work for my roommate yesterday, and was paid a little bit for that.  I should be getting my tax rebate this week.  So as far as finances go, I'm ok for the moment for anyone who is concerned about that.  I'm still waiting to get paid for the logo I designed.

I guess some of you wondered what was up with the earthquake I believed was going to happen here in Redding.  I believe it's still very likely, but of course we're praying against a major earthquake.  I believe if enough people repent, we could reverse some of the effects.

As far as some of the prophecies coming out of International House of Prayer concerning California, from what I'm being told by people, those prophets believe it's pretty much a done deal.  I don't know, really.  I believe Redding will definitely be protected.

Anyway, what do we have going on here right now?  We've got wildfires, about a hundred of them, that were sparked by surprise thunderstorms over the weekend.  I think Redding is ok for now, but we've got a ton of smoke at the moment.  Hopefully the smoke will be out of here in the next day or two.   Pray for the firefighters who are fighting the fires.

I'm at Redding House of Prayer at the moment.  We've let the Bethel School of Supernatural Worship students take over the worship here for the next few weeks, and some of them are leading worship right now as I type this.  It's amazing.
