So we've come to October...

September has ended. That makes it much harder to find a job because "hiring season" is now over here in Redding.

I was unable to find employment, even at McDonalds, it looks like. I really should have been able to get that job. Maybe I'm overqualified. I don't know.

Meanwhile, there are people who are wanting web sites done. I get calls from time to time about that. I don't see that stopping.

But the challenge for me has been getting my name out there like I've wanted to.

Then comes my friend Ryan Smerber.

Ryan is my new Account Executive Manager for me. He's basically in charge of my marketing. He's going to be going to local businesses here in Redding and getting my name out.

I should be getting new clients really soon. I definitely feel like God has closed the door for employment with anyone here, but that's because he really wants me to get my web site design business going. He has blessed me with clients from time to time lately. I wasn't even really getting my name out there that much. Imagine once Ryan and I really start getting this out there..

I'm going to have to hire people.
